I use this app a lot to determine sun positions for sunrise, sunset and where to anticipate light in terrain. Very easy to pre-plan a photoshoot.

Finally an improvement of the older app Sunlight. Beautiful job works great with my IPhone G3s. The new features work great can wait to use it this summer!

This is a very useful app for anyone interested in tracking sunrise and sunset. If your hobby is photography, you will find this to be a wonderful addition to you app collection.

Its a great App. I like to capture the screen on the iPad, but the date is missing. There is only the hour. As an example, I would like to know the sun position for next thursday at 13h00. And then I would like to capture the screen and keep that info.

I have an assignment to photograph a building that faces due north and, from this app, I now know that I have to be on location between 6:00 and 7:00, or between 19:00 and 20:00. I save on multiple taxi trips. Certainly could have used this app when photographing for my own app, Old Montreal! Thank you! Now that Ive rated the app, please stop nagging me!

I have found this app very handy for planning wedding shoots and family portraits. Its nice to know the angle of the sun or moon to plan photos. I wish it would somehow store maps for off line use though. I dont always have wifi available when I want to plan something.

I really like this app. It works well and helps me figure out where the moon will rise, which is key for my photography. I also like the shadow lengths feature - something I didnt even know I wanted until I had it!
